What am I doing?

So I am in the process of starting a blog. I'm not entirely sure why. And if you know me very well at all you now that..... well I SUCK at technology stuff so this is going to be an adventure in it and of its self!

Kimberly aka Barbie!

I am a student at Utah State University. I am majoring in Accounting with a minor in Business Management. (and I know what you're thinking, 'you never would have guessed' was I right? I am told that every time I say my major.) As my nick name Barbie shows, I am a girlie girl, but I also know how to get down and dirty to have a good time. I love my all girl family. I am passionate about the Miss America Organization and the pageants and opportunities it provides to girls throughout America. I am singing all the time. Singing is my number one escape for everything. This blog is my second!

Passion

Passion is something we all have in us; however, I believe we are only truly passionate about a small number of things. One thing I am extremely passionate about is my platform: " Loving the Person Within!" Loving the Person Within is my message to the world. I created this platform while participating in my local pageants. The main focus of my platform is self esteem, and it dives deep into many different directions. I want to make a difference in the lives of the people around me; I want people to learn to love the person within them. I am an ambassador for the Power in YOU organization, my personal story is on their website for people to read and grow from.
